Initial 6 month contract Immediate start CBD Location The Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analysts, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, and relevant stakeholders spread over different functional divisions to implement a helpdesk. The incumbent will also liaise with the Enterprise Architect team and other project teams including vendors to manage project interdependencies. Requirements for this position: - At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
- Exceptional verbal communication skills is crucial for this role as is the ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders.
- Tertiary qualification in management or computer science or a related area
- High level written and oral communication skills to a range of technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) will be highly regarded
- Demonstrated ability to developed help desk procedures, user documentation and user self-help resources to budget and timeframes
- Demonstrated ability to research and understand user requirements for online and mobile learning systems
