The Business Analyst will work closely with the Project Manager, Business Analysts, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, and relevant stakeholders spread over different functional divisions to implement a helpdesk. The incumbent will also liaise with the Enterprise Architect team and other project teams including vendors to manage project interdependencies.

Requirements for this position:

• At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst
• Exceptional verbal communication skills is crucial for this role as is the ability to communicate with customers and stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in management or computer science or a related area
• High level written and oral communication skills to a range of technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience with ITSM (IT Service Management) will be highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to developed help desk procedures, user documentation and user self-help resources to budget and timeframes
• Demonstrated ability to research and understand user requirements for online and mobile learning systems
