Our client is a market leading design and construction business with a number of large scale multi-million dollar projects in WA. Due to ongoing growth within their business an opportunity has arisen for an experienced contracts administrator with direct tier 1 exposure to join their Perth based operations.

You will be required to collate weekly and monthly management reports of procurement progress, subcontract performance, risk and opportunity, cost forecasting, cash flow and claims management. You will be expected to take ownership and implement project systems for complete subcontract administration including but not limited to registers of claims, warranties, securities, insurances, pricing validity, and cash flow.

To be considered you will need to demonstrate an understanding of contract life cycles including demonstrated strategic abilities from within a tier 1 environment. Priority will be given to applicants with established networks within the Australian market-place and holding formal qualifications in construction or engineering.
