Due to an internal promotion they are now seeking an experienced Corporate Receptionist/Administrator to assist the office in several areas of administration and to be the face of their organisation.
This position will require enthusiastic meet and greet of all visitors, optimum presentation of the reception and administration areas, maintain a register of assets sold, assist with inputting contract details, answer all incoming calls and assist with significant administration and support for the development and sales team.
To be successful in this role you must possess previous experience in administration, intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, a high level of customer service, immaculate presentation, a proactive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile.
