Our client is a leading International Freight & Logistics business with representation in all four corners of the globe. An opportunity has come available for an experienced Travel Coordinator / Administrator to join this industry leader for a 1-2 month contract. Starting immediately your responsibilities will include: • Booking domestic and International travel, car hire and accommodation bookings for staff nationally • Review and select accommodation to meet traveller needs, hotel selection and organising best rates • Work closely with other travel coordinators, PA’s and senior management support staff nationally • Organising appointments, set up of meeting rooms and organise catering as required • Ad hoc administration support for Procurement, Properties and Accounting when required To be considered for this position the successful applicant will possess • Proven experience in a similar role with exposure to organising travel and accommodation bookings for numerous staff. • Exceptional communication skills • Intermediate MS Office skills • Proven administration experience in a team coordinator or PA position If you are interested in this position and available to start immediately apply online now.
