Our client based in Burwood is currently looking for an outgoing person to join their team as a Mailroom Assistant, but someone who is also happy to provide regular Reception relief on a daily basis.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Opening daily mail and ensuring delivery to correct departments in a timely manner
- Preparing outgoing mail for pick up
- Preparing weekly new membership kits for new members
- Assisting with large mailouts
- Reception relief duties
- Assistant with administration duties as required
