Our client is the largest Financial Education company in Australia and they are seeking an experienced Sales Support Administrator/PA who can assist them to push their company goals.
About the role:
You will be reporting directly to the National Sales Manager and duties include but are not limited to:
* Establish and manage a quality assurance process in sales team
* Coordinate all HR requirements for sales department, including the recruitment process
* Collate and create training and support manuals, with the aid of NSM
* Assume responsibility of various ad hoc projects as they arise
Provide full admin sales support, including:
* Diary and meeting management
* Word processing
* Training and presentation preparation
* Telephone and mail management
* Arranging travel and accommodation where needed
The successful candidate:
* Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills a must
* Excellent organisation and communication skills
* Demonstrated ability to operate within growing, complex organisations
* Strong multi-tasking abilities
* Ability to consistently produce high quality, accurate work, with good attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and take on more responsibility as the role unfolds
* Mature minded
* Enthusiastic personality
- A knowledge of the financial services industry
- Knowledge of HR process
- And understanding of sales cycles is highly desirable
Great salary of $50,000 on offer for the successful candidate.
