Job Share - Receptionist 5 days

North Shore & Northern Beaches
With experience working as a CORPORATE RECEPTIONIST and ideally with a large firm, your role will involve:

* Maintaining high level presentation of the reception and foyer area
* Managing the executive meeting rooms
* Welcoming corporate visitors and advising internal hosts
* Sign in each visitor and advise them of site OHS procedures
* Manage visitor car park passes if required

As a genuine people person, your natural poise and flare for face to face liaison will allow you to deal with each guest with ease. This role is pivotal to the company's image and you will have a direct impact and therefore a high level of maturity, communication, adaptability and accountability is required.
