Our Client is looking for an experienced Web Developer/Support Specialist to join their Marketing Communications Department on a contract basis. The role is focused on supporting and developing their commercial web presence for all business units globally. They are looking for a self-starter, with excellent communication skills who can demonstrate the following skills and experience: - Experience building websites using Dreamweaver
- Understanding of sitemaps, site navigation flowcharts, usability interface design
- Proficiency in HTML/XHTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Able to hand code HTML
- Knowledge of W3C Standards
- Knowledge of Search Engine Optimisation techniques
- Able to analyse Google Analytics reports
- Experience with Content Management Systems
- Intermediate Photoshop skills
- Web interactivity methods including Flash and AJAX
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of both Mac and PC hardware
They ideally need someone who is able to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will need strong attention to detail, be self motivated and willing to learn. You will need to be able to work to a specific brief and deliver accurate outcomes, as well as follow company policies and procedures, especially branding guidelines.
