Emma had started the day well enough - positive responses via email on the brief she had been working on and she had a couple of strong ideas that came out of a brainstorming session she had earlier in the week with her account team the previous day.
Trouble was, over the past few months she had the increasing feeling that every day was becoming the same. She was good at her job, but she remembered how she felt on first joining the company - how she was going to be developed and supported, how this was the role that would be the defining role in her media sales career. The reality was that she had become bored. Bored of selling the same old solutions, whilst the rest of the market was developing apace and leaving her company in its wake.
What she wanted was a role where she would have every route to market covered within digital media, innovative, cutting edge solutions which would enable her to be more creative and strategic in how to partner with the leading advertising agencies and brands. An inspirational and intelligent management team who would back her to reach the potential she knew she had, team mates that were professional yet friendly and fun.
Basically, Emma wanted to love coming to work for a company that was a leader within a space she was completely passionate about Digital Media.
