Investor Relations Officer

Sydney

Our client is a highly respected ASX listed company which offers solid career opportunities and work environment. This contract position will give you the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a highly respected ASX listed company.

Reporting to the CFO and Group Corporate Executive you will assist with the execution and implementation of the investor communication strategy. This role will be a member of the Investor Relations team.

Your role will entail:
• Preparation and co-ordination of due diligence of the company’s quarterly distributions and setting timetables and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met
• Assist in content management for websites, including due diligence processes
• Coordinate quarterly and monthly fund and separate mandate reports, including verification and coordinating sign-off
• Coordinate the production of Annual Reports and half yearly financial reports
• Coordinate investor tours and liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Completing quarterly and annual questionnaires
• Assisting with day to day management of Registry and co-ordination of responses to institutional and retail investor queries
• Coordinate webcasts for roadshows and announcements
• Have your finger on the pulse with what’s happening across the business and alerting your managers of any action or issues
• Update marketing material such as presentations, fund fact sheets and the website
• Flag any issues that require attention.
• Project manages document preparation, Board papers, briefing notes and presentations.
• Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing material
• Liaise with suppliers.

To be successful in this role you will hold tertiary qualifications in Communications, Marketing or Business. You will be comfortable in dealing with numbers and understanding financial reports. Your strong relationship skills combined with your proactive and diplomatic approach will assist with drawing information from busy senior managers. You will have excellent editing skills combined with superior and mature administration skills, strong organisation and prioritisation skills, and strong problem solving skills.
