As the Team Leader you will play a primary role in the financial operations team supporting products including cash, term deposits, money markets, superannuation, and mortgages. You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring the team. You will also be conducting regular team reviews along with stakeholder management. You will also following up on any items that require investigation and escalation
This role offers the opportunity to develop you accounting skills within a growing business with exposure to investment portfolios in managed funds and equities.
Ideally you will possess a minimum 18 months experience in a reconciliations or fund accounting team leader position within the financial services industry. You will be either CPA / CA qualified and has good experience performing a wide variety of reconciliations.
To assume this position you will possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
