Customer Service
A global market leader in the outdoor equipment industry situated at Knoxfield has a position available for a Customer Service Advisor. The organisation is brimming with energetic and inspirational people and would like a outgoing person to fit in with the team
You will be responsible for offering exceptional customer service and support to the existing dealer network and sales force. The full time position will be based on rotating shifts between 8.00am and 5.30pm. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your core responsibilities will be but not be limited to:
- Building relationships with customer and managing an existing client base
- Assisting customers by ensuring their quoted and or orders are processed in a professional manner
- Providing customer with up to date information including monthly promotions, distribution and freight information
- Liasing with internal departments to facilitate efficient service delivery
- Follow up of customer orders and tracking deliveries
- Relief Reception
The demands of this role requires a person with a track record of experience with customer service - ideally in the sales or call centre environment. Strong computer literacy is expected in excel and word, along with excellent communication skills, particularly your phone manner. You will need to be enthusiastic and have a committed attitude.
