Specifically your duties will include:
- Maintain exceptional customer service, and consistently strive to exceed customer expectations
- First point of contact for all customer enquiries
- Monitor, manage and provide quality feedback on customer activity Proactively follow up on outstanding order requirements
- Proactively manage Order Management to ensure prompt delivery
- Monitor & manage customer enquiries in line with the set SLA's
- Attend internal and external training
- The day-to-day achievement of both individual and team activity targets
- Seek continuous process improvements, ensuring highest quality delivery of services
- Meet all reporting deadlines.
To succeed in this role you will have prior experience in a corporate customer service role, ideally with a broad understanding of IT. Your strong organizational skills, coupled with proven ability to provide exceptional customer service will make you a strong candidate. With intermediate MS office skills, you will thrive working in a team and enjoy an environment that encourages innovation and development.
