Fraud Analyst

This role will find you investigating discrepancies, conducting research and making outbound calls to gather more information on customers' orders.
Within this role you can be working with minimal supervision and you must have fantastic computer skills as you will be working through multiple systems and tools to review orders.
To maximise your success in this role you will need to:
- Be skilled in the fine art of objection handling
- Be able to think out-of-the-box to solve problems
- Be self-motivated to meet (and exceed!) your deadlines.
- Have a strong attention to detail
- Above all, be determined to be the BEST
Previous experience in fraud analytics is welcome but not essential. We're seeking people with a great attitude and enthusiasm to learn and contribute to our great Salmat culture.
You must be available for Interviews next week as this role will be starting ASAP.
