Reporting to the National SERVICE Manager as a Field Service Representative your role will encompass the management of existing key customer relationships and the development of new market opportunities throughout Northern NSW and QLD.
You will provide technical support to a dealer network and be mechanically minded with regards to watercraft specifically outboards and jet ski's. A background in motorsport with an interest in marine may be an advantage.
In order to be considered for this role:
You must be willing to travel interstate on a regular basis.
You must have extensive technical knowledge of outboards/jetski's and watercraft.
You must have a PWC/RMD Licence (Personal Watercraft Licence/Recreational Marine Drivers Licence)
You must have excellent customer service skills
You must have business management experience
You will be responsible for:
Ensuring dealership service department is of high standard
Conduct dealer field visits regionally
Conduct dealer training programs
Actively participate in product promotions
Participate with service department projects
Assess and report on product performance
Communicate product and promotional information
Monitor key dealer programmes
