Our client offers a range of services and programs to improve awareness, education, support and quality of life for people living with a mental illness, their families and/ or carers.

This role will see you providing inspirational leadership to 3 program areas ensuring quality of service delivery and investing in your staffs further development and team success. We are seeking expressions of interest from candidates who present with the following;

• Prior experience managing multiple programs in Community Services
• The ability to mentor and motivate staff
• Sound financial management skills
• Well developed communication and negotiation skills
• Prior experience with program and partnership development
• A tertiary qualification in a health related discipline.

Further experience gained in Community Mental Health or an understanding of psychosocial rehabilitation will be looked upon favourably.
