We are seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced Contract Administrators who will typically be responsible for implementing processes to ensure performance of contractual rights and obligations of all parties in order to achieve best project outcomes.
Suitable candidates must be able to demonstrate:
Proven experience within a commercial or contracts role within the construction industry - experience on civil construction projects is essential;
Preparation and issuing of subcontract tender documents and the evaluation of returned tenders;
Production of tender reports and analyses; and
Processing of monthly subcontract progress claims.
