The Company:

Our client is a Group structured into three operating divisions; namely, Consulting, Construction and Resources & Infrastructure. Within each division, there are specialised businesses offering a comprehensive range of service, with offices around the globe they have worked on iconic projects from concept to completion. Due to growth in their Brisbane office they are now in need of an experienced Senior/Lead Estimator with solid experience in tendering for projects in either civil or resources Sectors over $100mill .

The Role:

Based in Brisbane, your previous estimating experience will assist you in preparing tenders on some of Australia's most iconic projects. The successful applicant will enjoy working in a team environment and also have ability to work autonomously when required. Involvement and experience in the tender process will be important and the individual will enjoy achieving required results that will benefit the continual growth of this progressive organisation.

Ideally you will have:

Experience in a similar estimating role in either Civil or Resources tendering on projects over $100mill.
Civil engineering degree or tertiary equivalent
The ability to work within a management group.
Experience in submitting accurate competitive tenders on time is critical.
The ability to communicate and manage people within a large organization
Superior relationship building and leadership capabilities
Considerable estimating experience within the civil or Resources industry

**Salary is above market rate and will commensurate with the level of experience**
