You will assist in the sound development of planning policies, processes and procedures that will ensure all activity in the operating and general business environment is fully analysed and understood; you need to ensure that plan of events are reached to ensure the project progresses through to a successful outcome. You must have excellent industry knowledge and have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 8 - 10 years

To be successful in the position you need to demonstrate experience in the commercial or infrastructure area, your responsibilities will cover  

• Estimating and Cost Planning on commercial, industrial, Health Care and educational projects 
• Preparing Bills of Quantities 
• Post contract administration work including processing variations and monthly claims 
• Review of tender and contract documentation 
• Preparation of documents for post contract control
