The Opportunity:
 
Leading Queensland Construction Company with a proven history of delivering quality projects and currently experiencing significant growth is now seeking a Dynamic and Driven Project Manager to play a key role in taking the company to new levels.
  
The Role:
 
Reporting to Civil Operations Manager you will be responsible for delivering the project on time and on budget whilst ensuring the project quality is aligned with client and regulatory requirements.

In addition you will be responsible but not limited to the following:
 
Plan, Control, Monitor and Report on Site Progress
Overall Management of Site Staff and Sub-Contractors
Manage HSE standards and targets to ensure project safety
Project Cost Control, Budgeting, Forecasting, Pricing Variations
Build and Maintain Customer Relationships
 
The Requirements: 
 
A minimum of 10 years experience in Project Management
Planning, Programming and Coordinating Skills
Superior Communication Skills - Manage Internal & Eternal Stakeholders
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Relevant site experience in Civil Construction Projects
Tertiary qualifications in Civil or Building Disciplines
