Construction Manager
My client is a well sought after company that rarely have vacancies at such a senior level. With a turnover of $600mil per annum and employing over 250 staff in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth they have a requirement for a Construction Manager within their refurbishment and fit out division. Ideally you will be tertiary qualified with over 10 years experience as a project manager with a top tier organization and be well presented and spoken and have that flair that can really make a client ,employee or sub contractor move when you walk into a room. In return you will be rewarded with an excellent salary package with bonuses and get to work with the best of the best in the construction industry.
Senior Project Manager
One of Australias leading main contractors is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their established team. With over 300 employees Australia wide and a turnover in excess of $600 million per year the focus is on major commercial, retail and industrial projects ranging in value of $20mil to $300mil. They currently have a vacancy for a senior project manager with experience on projects over $40mil who can come on board and deliver a $60mil commercial project based in north west Sydney. Ideally you will be from a top tier background and have a minimum of 5 years experience as a senior project manager or project director delivering large scale jobs. In return you will be rewarded with a salary package of over $200k per annum plus the opportunity for bonuses.
Project Manager
A Sydney based builder developer is now seeking a well rounded project manager to run multiple projects in Bondi and Bondi Junction. My client has had major growth over the last 5 years and have secured in excess of $400mil worth of work for the 2011/2012 period and are now seeking an elite project manager to be part of their already successful team. Ideally you will be tertiary qualified and have experience on projects in excess of $5mil with a reputable company. In return you will be rewarded with a great remuneration package with a bonus scheme and the opportunity to work with Sydneys finest on exclusive projects.
3 x Fit out Project Managers URGENTLY required
We are currently seeking 3 Project Managers to join long established main contractors in Sydney and Canberra. My clients have fought through the global financial crisis and are now becoming one of Australias best renowned fit out firms and are seeking 3 project managers to be based out of the Sydney and Canberra offices. You will be responsible for high profile projects up to $10mil and will be in a high turnover project environment so the one job will never get boring. Ideally you will be tertiary qualified or from a trade background , well presented and spoken and have had experience on similar projects over the years. A great salary package is on offer for the right candidate.
