My client, a highly respected Consultancy organisation, is looking for a Senior Business Advisor as part of a Workforce Transition project to help the business understand the vast change they are experiencing. The program of work is on a global scale, with a strong local focus for the foreseeable future. This is a highly visible role with a strong degree of autonomy and influence. Your technical and business understanding, combined with outstanding interpersonal skills will see you succeed in this demanding position. The successful candidate will work in the CBD offices with a global mining organisation on an initial 10 month contract (till October 2012) To be successful you will need the following: • Ability to pick up key Finance, Supply, HSEC and production integration process as relevant for Corporate Functions • Investigate and manage action related to identifying stakeholders across the entire business, categorising them and identifying key impacts and rolling out actions plans • Ability to work independently and with senior levels of the organisation • Ability to develop day in the life scenarios for cross sections of the business Skills and experience required: • Strong understanding of Corporate Functions, particularly Finance and Supply • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Change Management and Stakeholder management skills • Previous SAP experience would be highly beneficial If your skills and experience match the above, and are available to commence a contract role ASAP, please apply now or contact Gavin Spicer for more information on 07 3003 7792
