A well known multi-national with integrated logistics and distribution seeks an experienced Business Process Engineer to review existing business processes in their distribution channel; reconstruct and amend as required and write new business processes, business plans and sales plans that support the organisation becoming a stronger and more successful as they grow organically.

Examination of complex business issues; the ability to break them down into meaningful components and re-design the resultant business processes (both internal and external) is fundamental to this role. As the work is project orientated, this person may be working on a number of concurrent projects, at various stages at any given time. Therefore, extensive experience is required in end to end "As Is" and "To Be" processes; encompassing analysis, requirements mapping, process design, documentation, implementation and follow through.

The ongoing expansion and complex supply chain of this large operation necessitates the following:

??? Review and analysis of current work methods and practices to identify appropriate process changes.
??? Ensure detailed process mapping and documentation is conducted, including periodic review to determine business relevancy.
??? Develop appropriate communication processes to ensure all areas of the business understand and undertake all new processes.
??? Act as a change manager to transition new business processes and reconstruct outdated ones.
??? Maintain thorough documentation control in relation to process reviews and transition activities.
??? In conjunction with the Quality Systems Department, develop and maintain detailed manuals relating to business processes and SOP's.
??? Originate and implement any required action and documentation as a result of an approved change request.
??? Ensure all reviewed and new business processes meet quality standards and follow continuous improvement methodologies.

Reporting to the GM: Business Development, this role initially has a NSW focus however will also have some national responsibility. Expertise in the areas of change management and business process engineering and the willingness to travel will be key differentiators.
