A 3 month contract with an immediate start, developing training materials and Captivate simulations as part of an e-learning training package. You will be working as part of small consulting team on behalf of one of the big 4 banks. The role is CBD based and you will split your time between the CBD offices of the training consultancy and their banking client.

They require someone with a experience of developing systems training solutions, ideally in the banking sector.

You should be an experienced instructional designer or training consultant with the following skills:

• experience in the design & development of systems training packages
• practical knowledge of the design and use of e-learning simulations for self-paced training
• a good working knowledge of how to map, structure and/or story-board e-learning training solutions
• some prior experience of working in the banking sector
• and ideally some knowledge of currency trading business processes and systems.
