A mixed use commercial development in South East Queensland has recently been awarded to this world leading construction management giant. The project will consist of a complete infrastructure re-development in a logistically complex area, various complex building structures, high end fit-out and technologically advanced entertainment areas.

The contracts and construction management team are currently looking for a Commercial Manager or highly experienced Senior Contract Administrator to assist in the construction of this prestigious project.

You will be responsible for reviewing contracts, giving contractual advice to site staff, mentoring of junior contract administrators, letting and negotiation of sub-contracts, payments, budgeting & forecasting, procurement and financial reporting to senior management.

Ideally you will have a Construction Management or Quantity Surveying degree from a recognised institute. To be successful in your application you must have proven history of working on large commercial projects in a similar role, be able to display sound knowledge of Queensland contractual laws and regulations, excellent negotiation and communication skills and at least 5 years as a senior contract administrator for a large mid or top tier contractor.
