A mixed use commercial development in South East Queensland has recently been awarded to this world leading construction management giant. The project will consist of a complete infrastructure re-development in a logistically complex area, various complex building structures, high end fit-out and technologically advanced entertainment areas.
The project delivery team is currently looking for a Services Manager to join the engineering management team from the start and see the project's first stages through to completion, which in value is in the hundreds of millions. You will ideally be from a trade background or with tertiary qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, with proven history of working on projects above the fifty to hundred million dollar range.
You must have excellent knowledge in the fields of mechanical, HVAC, communications, security systems, hydraulics and fire services. Design and construction experience is a must. To be successful in your application you will have at least 5 years experience in a senior position such as a services manager or a senior supervisor on a hundred million plus project.
