As the Inbound Customer Service Representative you will responsible for, but not limited to: - Handling inbound calls in a fast paced environment (minimum 100 calls a day)
- Taking phone orders
- Processing orders sent through via fax
- General administration duties
7.5 hours per day between 7am & 7pm. You may be required to work paid overtime occasionally Working as the Inbound Customer Service Representative you will need to have: - Minimum 2 years local call centre experience
- Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to cross sell products
- Computer literacy
- Attention to deal
- Own transport
- Outstanding communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Energy, motivation and be able to perform under pressure &
- Outstanding time management skills
