As the Restaurant Manger you will be responsible for the effective day to day operations as well as the strategic planning of the Cafe and any other entities the company may engage in.

We need a Restaurant Manager who can ensure the Cafe efficiently delivers consistent meals and beverages of the highest quality within the applied budgets in a timely, hygienic, structured and pleasant work environment are paramount to this position. Ensuring all company values, policies & missions are upheld is also part of this position.

We need a pro-active Restaurant Manager who can oversee :

* Staffing, Recruitment and Training

* Staff management, communication, interaction and morale

* Finanical analysis and reporting

* Rostering and wage control

* Stock control

* Restaurant cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance

* Workplace health and safety

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who possesses the following :

* Tertiary qualifications

* Strong restaurant and service background with passion for food and beverage

* Proven ability to run all facets of a medium/ large sized business

* Hands on Manager who can lead by example and relate to current client base and staff

* Proven experiece in effective marketing campaigns

* Strong administration skills
