We have a history of owning, operating and developing retirement villages and aged care facilities across Australia. With a strong sense of community, we offer a range of level of care. Most residents live independently in their own units, however have the option of co-located low or high care facilities. We aim to provide security and well being for our residents and are now looking for a highly enthusiastic Village Manager, who is keen to oversee this vibrant community. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic leader committed to the development and growth of our organisation, in addition to possessing proven performance and experience in village/property/hotel management. Due to the responsibility of the role it is imperative you possess the following: · Previous management and leadership capabilities (inclusive of Financial Management experience) Experience in sales and marketing management, property administration or residential care management · Passion and commitment to the aged care arena with the ability to work in a team environment · Be results orientated with a high attention to detail · Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OHS and risk management · Previous retirement village leadership/property management experience is desirable
