Recruiting for a professional and experienced Restaurant Manager
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the performance of the restaurant including developing and maintaining customer service excellence, management of staff, workplace health and safety and achieving operational targets and budgets. The successful candidate will have a strong and practical understanding of what makes a restaurant successful along with proven management and leadership experience.

Your experience and qualifications will include:

• proven ability to manage a busy (large) restaurant operation,
• demonstrated capacity to lead, supervise and coach staff,
• passion for providing exemplary guest service,
• strong leadership skills,
• well developed business management skills,
• working knowledge of workplace health and safety and hygiene regulations,
• strong communication and negotiation skills,
• proven experience in a similar role or ready to make the next step
