Work for a world-wide resources firm at their Head Office in Melbourne!
Working within a team of 10, you will be reporting into the Manager of HR Services. Utilising SAP HRIS, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service in a number of HR administrative tasks in this shared services environment. Previous experience in a similar role is essential!
Main duties will include:
• Assist with the onboarding of new employees e.g facilitate inductions
• Support the Expatriate HR Administration processes e.g visas into Australia
• Administer the Exit Interview and Outplacement support activities
• Administer the HRS component of the Intranet
• Administer the various employee benefit programs e.g Gym membership and car parking
• Document control for paperwork under the responsibility of HR Services
• Provide Policy interpretation and advise
• Problem solving and answering queries
• Monthly Reporting and adhoc reporting requests completed to key deadlines.
Skills and experience required:
- SAP HR skills
- Significant experience in similar HR role, ideally within a shared services environment
- Experience in mining industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills
- MS Office skills
This is an immediate start, and you must be available for the full 5 months. There is also a possibility that this assignment will be extended.
