This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supply Chain Business Analyst to join a leading mining organisation.
 
You will proactively analyse and translate business requirements into effective IT Supply Chain solutions, ensuring end-to-end delivery of crucial projects.
 
Responsibilities include:

• Conducting user workshops and facilitation sessions
• Gathering and documenting business requirements
• Completing gap/needs/change analysis
• Working with technical and nontechnical teams to translate business requirements
• Documenting/presenting business cases to stakeholders

 
Candidates should possess:

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience of business process re-engineering and methodologies, including documenting existing processes, managing issues and minimising risks, developing appropriate systems processes for effective solutions
• Identifying efficiency opportunities and securing stakeholder commitments
• Demonstrated experience in developing excellent working relationships with internal stakeholders, third party suppliers, peers and team members
• Demonstrated knowledge, understanding and technical expertise in business systems, systems analysis techniques and systems development methodologies
• Excellent project/change management skills, including sound knowledge of project/change management methodologies
• Specific knowledge of the mining industry, specifically Supply Chain Management
• Demonstrated customer focus and a collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Strong analysis and problem solving skills
• Tertiary qualifications and/or relevant business experience
