Responsibilities include:
- Develop user manuals and operational manuals
- Work with business users to elicit and define user requirements through the use of the most appropriate ways and translate them into functional requirements, and contribute to the management of client expectations.
- Analysis and specification of requirements that are uniquely traceable, verifiable and prioritised in a manner that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders
- Effective use of data and process modelling tools
- Assess existing processes to identify redesign or enhancement opportunities to deliver improved productivity or efficiency to the business
- Provide input to establishing, managing and reporting project activities to ensure management awareness of activities, issues and outcomes
- Liaise with Business Unit Managers to offer advice and direction
regarding requirements, and resolution of issues and conflicts. Liaise
with technical specialists in business areas such as Risk and Operations, to offer advice and resolve issues on systems
Skills required:
- Experience in working with business to determine manual work around for technology gaps
- Previous experience in developing and creating user manuals and documentation
- Experience identifying impact on business processes as a result of data migration.
- Experience in Technology Change Control Process, including impact analysis for change requests.
- Process modelling expertise
- Banking and Payments knowledge and experience (highly desired)
