Our client, a leading Queensland Government Organisation based in the CBD, is currently seeking a Data Analyst to join them on an initial 3 month contract with an option extend a further 3 months.

The current Reporting Project has been tasked with developing a number of business reports utilising the consolidated data from various data sources. There is a need for a Data Analyst to work with the project team to assist with this reporting project.

Other Key Responsibilities will include the following;

• Understanding the structure and content of multiple data sources
• Investigating how to link data from multiple sources
• Running queries to identify issues with the data
• Working with the business to establish a cleansing process
• Making recommendations on improvements to sustain data quality and linkages between sources

To be successful for this role you will require the following key experience;

• Liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Develop and understand entity relationship diagrams
• Produce Reports, where required
• Perform Datamodelling
• Design and run queries using Microsoft SQL and related tools
