Due to their continued success they are currently undergoing a number of significant IT projects; I am seeking an experienced 2nd Level Desktop Support Engineer. The role will include face to face Desktop operational support as well as strategic and process improvement initiatives. The experience I am looking for: - A minimum of 2 years, 2nd Level Desktop Support experience troubleshooting/maintaining PCs in a Windows environment
- Experience with installations, proposals, projects and successfully completed major independent tasks
- Confidence to run meetings and liaise with major clients
- Experience within an outsourcing organisation
- Exposure to ITIL and the CA range will be looked upon favourably
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Tertiary Qualifications
- A Criminal Record History Check is a requirement of this role
