This Solutions based organisation provides end to end IT solutions for clients across IT infrastructure, from desktops and mobile devices to high-end Servers and networking devices, they are currently looking for a IT Support Analyst who can provide both remote and client facing support in Mascot.
You will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd level technical support for all IT applications, from desktop hosted to server hosted exchange issues. - Windows XP and Windows 7, Windows 2003/Windows 2008 Servers
- Using Citrix XenApp Server - shadowing and troubleshooting user issues
- Active Directory user and email account mgmt - creating accounts, resetting passwords, Print and File Server Support - working with permissions and shares
Scripting knowledge (VB and batch files) - Office 2007, Project 2007, Adobe Creative Suite, In Design
- Configuring Outlook Profiles with Exchange Servers - 2003 and 2010 (working with signatures)
Imaging tools - such as Altiris or MS Config Manager - SharePoint content administration
- Antivirus products such as McAfee
- ADSL and Wireless configuration skills
- Used an IT Ticketing System before
