This medium size market research company is made up of a dynamic mix of personalities and backgrounds. Based in North Ryde they are looking for a IT Help Desk support person to join them. The duties of the role include:
- Provide assistance to the Network and Support Manager.
- Troubleshoot networked equipment. Isolate and diagnose common network problems.
- Involvement in maintenance of storage services, including directory structures, and access security.
- Installs hardware and peripheral components.
- Install and test operating system and applications.
- Assist staff in using Computer equipment, software, and manuals.
- Assist staff in using Audio Video equipment.
- Monitor and action IT Support requests; provide progress status to staff and the IT Support Manager.
- Writes and maintains documentation of changes to workstation configuration.
- Maintain installed software revisions
- Server support & troubleshooting.
