In this position, you will be the first point of contact to internal colleagues to help resolve their technical issues. This is a phone based role, therefore you will be required to have a polite and professional telephone manner as well as the ability to communicate well. You will be working in a Microsoft environment so should have a good knowledge of your typical Microsoft Office Suite of products. This is a very process driven role so it would be highly advantageous but not essential, if you have knowledge of ITIL methodologies.
