An excellent opportunity is available for a talented Frontend Developer with at least 3 years' experience with a passion for everything UI. Our client is not looking for Designers who like to dabble or Backend Developers that try their hand. Pure and simply we're looking for dedicated Front End career developers who live and breathe UI. Skill Requirements - At least 3 years commercial Front End development experience
- Solid understanding of HTML 4/5, CSS 2/3 and JavaScript. Your JavaScript framework of choice is jQuery
- Great knowledge of industry best practices, coding/accessibility standards, effective documentation and production of maintainable and well structured code
- You should know your Progressive Enhancements from your Graceful Degradations. Your ARIA Landmark Roles from your Micro Formats.
- Exposure to source control solutions like SVN, continuous integration, peer-review, and development methodologies such as agile/scrum and iterative-waterfall
- Outside-the-box thinker, self-managed, self-directed, and ability to operate well in a team environment
- Great communication skills
- Holding a relevant IT degree/qualification
