Your new role will involve 1st and 2nd level technical support to a range of internal contacts. You will be a motivated self-starter who has the technical aptitude and confidence to solve complicated issues. Your work will include day-to-day support, resolving escalated user problems, monitoring IT systems and infrastructure proactively and implementing major software and hardware components. You will be tertiary qualified in Computer Science or a related discipline and you might have a MSCE type qualification. It is expected you may have one years experience in an IT support role and ready to take the next step. You must have some commercial experience in working with customers and users and be highly customer focused. Salary guide: $50K base plus benefits. This is your chance to kick start your IT career.
