Our client is a major player in the financial services industry in Australia.  Due to rapid expansion they currently have the need for an experienced IT professional to lead the Configuration Management team as the Configuration Management Team Leader.

As the Configuration Management Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management of the configuration management team, manage the consistent use of processes, procedures and tools to ensure the integrity of release code and database baselines as they are prompted through the development life cycle from development to system test, to UAT right through to production.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
- Experience in managing a configuration team across several applications
- Experience in test environment management
- Experience with configuration management tools
- Vast experience with Quality Centre and/or Subversion.

Along with the above skills you will have a strong demonstrated knowledge of the SDLC, superior written and verbal communication and knowledge of estimation techniques and project planning.
