Lean six sigma Black Belt WANTED!

My client is a large manufacturing group who are looking a Process improvement/Project manager who has worked on lean six sigma black belt projects. Ideally I am looking for a candidate who has organisation change experience and who has worked in complex environments. This opportunity is for a candidate who has worked on Lean six sigma project that were not completed in the finance industry.

To be successful in this position we are seeking the following skills and experience:

 Prior experience working within a Manufacturing/Operational environment in a similar capacity
 Exceptional capability to project manage from inception through to delivery
 Highly analytical with the ability to identify and implement areas needed for improvement within business
 Change management leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change through businesses nationally
 Qualifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt is essential
