Change Manager My CBD based client is a large government organisation currently looking for a Change Manager to join their highly respected Change Management team. This exciting opportunity is initially a 7 Month Contract engagement. The Change Manager is responsible for the analysis for, planning, and delivery of effective communication, engagement and transition management to support people through and maximize their uptake of change. This position reports to the Senior Change Manager. The Change Manager will be responsible for: Contributing as a member of the program change management team and as a member of a project team Completing assigned change management deliverables to program timelines, including change analyses - including stakeholder analysis, change impact and gap analysis and training needs analysis development and execution of plans - including communication and engagement plans, transition management plans and post implementation reviews Reporting on progress against assigned responsibilities. Working interactively with other program members and managing relationships with key stakeholders Taking a proactive approach to issue and risk management Maintaining set standards for documentation, risk and issue management, progress reporting and communication. Essential Skills: Minimum 4-5 years experience in the role of change manager, with a focus on engaging people in process and technology change Experience in managing people change in the implementation and post implementation phases of a project Demonstrated experience in change analysis Demonstrated experience and capacity to plan for change using methodologies and templates Demonstrated hands-on experience and capacity to implement and coordinate change management and communication actions Capacity to complete high quality change management tasks to a project timeline.
