Are you an enthusiastic resent graduate or have you just completed an IT certification at TAFE? My client is looking for a candidate who can grow within their team and become an integral part of the organisation.

You will have.

- A good general understanding of IT (networking and development)
- Either a recent Grad or have completed a TAFE technology certification.
- Strong communication skills with a good telephone manner are essential
- The ability to spend four weeks in the UK for induction training
- Desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work autonomously with in a small team
- A great personality and sense of humour !

Initially your role will be working very closely with Australian based customers to manage and log any development support issues and then to escalate them to an offshore development/support team. Your ability to deal with and manage customers effectively and effectively is paramount, as well as the ability to build up relationships with key contacts within the organisation.
