TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEERS Our client, a leading organisation in it's field, is currently requiring the services of a number of experienced Technical Support Engineers to work in their branch offices across Melbourne and/or Adelaide. Reporting to the Project Manager, the key responsibilities will include: Prime responsibility for successful support of the Brach Office production environment Ensure Branch Offices project streams are well supported and resolve issues in a timely manner or escalate accordingly. Ensure support documentation is up to date and in line with company standards Work constructively with other IT teams, software vendors, external service suppliers and business personnel Provide strong and active support to the project stream and the end users. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in Active Directory and Exchange migration projects Demonstrated experience in desktop support for a medium to large enterprise Demonstrated experience in server support for a medium to large enterprise Good understanding of infrastructure technology landscape Experience in configuration and troubleshooting hardware, desktop settings and offline files Experience in troubleshooting TCP/IP settings and managing security settings Experience in Windows Server 2003/2008 Willingness and flexibility to travel interstate and possibly overseas as part of this project is essential and a requirement.
