Are you a senior claims person, looking to take that next step in your career?

A niche Australian Insurer's claims team in Perth requires the proven experience of a Senior claims person to lead their commercial claims portfolio.
The role will see you:

• Delivering excellent customer service , you will have occasional face-to-face meetings with larger clients,
• Manage the team (prioritising workload, daily plans, general guidance),
• Handle referrals and payment authorisations,
• Assess and report on large loss management and
• Advising on process improvement.

With a strong focus on commercial property and motor claims, your experience in a similar claims role will be highly regarded.

In order to be successful, you will need;

• At least 5 years experience in the claims environment
• At least two years handling commercial claims
• Ability to handle high volumes of claims and short turn around
• Ability to build relationships over the phone and face to face
• Overall enthusiasm and energy when it comes to work
• Good tenure in previous employment
• Experience as a team leader / 2IC or mentor is highly desirable
