The role would involve:

• Managing the team leaders who in turn manage two of the largest CTP claims teams
• Ensuring Statutory compliance across NSW CTP claims team
• Acting as the company industry representative
• Maximizing business growth through maintaining expenses, claims loss cost management, and claims service
• Ensuring the team achieves their annual targets with a particular focus on coaching, training and contributing to the overall improvement of their team leaders.
