A prestigious and highly esteemed Law Firm is currently seeking a Graduate to join their ranks. All applicants must possess either a Law or Computer Science degree (having both would result in extra browny points). 

The successful applicant will assist in the management and maintenance of the current Information Management System and will require an in depth understanding of legal documentation and practices.

If successful, you will be required to work alongside the Information Management team to ensure litigation and due diligence applications are stored appropriately. To achieve this you will be required to analyse, process, report on, export and import electronically stored documents. In addition to this, you will clearly communicate technical issues to a variety of stakeholders -- both professionals within the organisation and clients.

Ultimately, you will be required to extract, convert and store documents in accordance with the requirements of legal services. You will be required to work closely with the legal team in the distribution of relevant documents and information as needed for litigation cases.

In order to be considered for this role you will need:

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Access or SQL Databases or an aptitude to learn new technologies quickly
• A relevant Bachelor Degree 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong customer focus 
• An understanding of electronic document storage
