Working with the Marketing & Communications Strategy team you will provide support for the development and implementation of customer marketing strategies based on the product lifecycle. You will be involved in both the digital platform websites and on CRM campaigns. It is a fast paced environment, you will enjoy playing an active role and working with a large and professional marketing team. You will assist with the development and implementation of all brand strategy and marketing communications.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Development of robust CRM plans to support the primary brand and product cycle plans
- Undertake analysis and reporting on the program and campaign activities
- Lead the development of CRM campaigns with internal and agency partners
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders are aligned to the plans
- Work with other departments to develop a consistent and intergrated approcah to communications
To be successful you will need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or similiar
- A demonstrated passion for the marketing discipline
- Previous experience with CRM campaigns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leaderships skills with a drive for results
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a team with positive impact on team dynamics
- Ability to engage, influence and manage internal stakeholders and agency partners
- Demonstrated project management skills
