With operations across Australia; our Client is an exciting, progressive and highly respected organisation.
An opportunity as arisen for an experienced Sales Manager to join their team in the Mackay office. The primary purpose of this role is to grow revenue in the North QLD region whilst managing a small team and workshop.


As the Sales Manager, your mandate will include; driving business performance, developing and maintaining new sales opportunities within the marketplace and to lead a team of professionals.

Key areas of focus include;

- The ability to deliver business results through proven commercial acumen,

- Drive business performance by developing and leading creative and effective sales development activities, grow profitable new business and retain and develop existing business;

- Develop, mentor and coach employees, resulting in an engaged team culture.

With previous management experience; you will be required to demonstrate strong sales and negotiation skills, have sound business acumen and have previous people management skills.
Specialist knowledge in the areas of Capital equipment or aggregate / industrial or Engineering will be highly advantageous.
